IN THE SHORT TERM WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
Administrative Assistant (part-time, 16–24 hours)

What will you do?

As an Administrative Assistant, you are an indispensable link in our financial administration. You ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable flows are accurate, bank transactions are processed correctly, and you take on additional administrative tasks. Thanks to your efforts, our payment transactions remain in order and we maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Accounts payable administration

  • Processing incoming invoices in Ridder ERP (Ridder iQ).
  • Ensuring up-to-date, error-free accounts payable administration.
  • Preparing payment runs and assisting with month-end closings.
  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks.

Accounts receivable

  • Checking and posting outgoing invoices.
  • Processing invoices in the accounts in a timely manner.
  • Actively following up on outstanding items (reminders/telephone contact).
  • Answering customer questions about payments and invoices.

Bank administration & Other tasks

  • Processing and reconciling bank transactions.
  • Administrative processing within the finance department.
  • Maintaining personnel data in Incomfort (sickness reports, changes).
  • Checking time registration and processing leave requests.
  • Contributing positively to the team spirit within ELM.

Who are you? 

You are a structured, accurate and proactive colleague who thrives on well-organised administration. You communicate clearly, can set priorities and take responsibility when necessary.

What do we expect from you?

  • A completed vocational education in finance.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Ridder iQ) and MS Office (Excel).

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

  • English language skills are an advantage.

Who is ELM Group?

We are a passionate dealer of DEVELON earth-moving machines and proud manufacturer of ETEC Zero Emission excavators. We are also specialists in custom-made earthmoving machines. We are housed in an impressive 10,000m2 complex, with over 6000m2 of high-quality workshops.
