What will you do?

As a sales consultant at ELM Bouwmachines B.V., you will be the point of contact for customers looking for our innovative machines. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from advising on the right machine to delivery and after-care. You ensure that every customer gets the right solution for their specific needs, with customer satisfaction always coming first.

You will also keep in close contact with our team of service planners, workshop managers and the finance department to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from order to payment. You are also actively involved in the interim checks and final delivery of the machines. No machine leaves the door until it meets 100% of the specifications!

 What do we expect from you?

• You are a born salesman who knows that ‘no’ is only the beginning of a good conversation.
• You have technical knowledge of earth-moving machines, and you are able to inform customers clearly about features, functions and accessories.
• With a keen eye for detail, you monitor the progress of each order and ensure efficient communication between the various departments.
• You always keep your sales plan and sales pipeline up-to-date and discuss it weekly with the CEO.
• Customers do not like to complain, but when they do, you make sure their problems are solved professionally, without putting pressure on the customer relationship.

 Who are you?

• You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar sales role in the technical sector (agricultural machinery, vehicles, excavators).
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and enjoy a dynamic working environment.
• You have a valid driving licence (minimum B).
• You always think from the customer's point of view, but also monitor the company's commercial goals.

We house our own paint shop with two spacious spray booths, a dedicated engineering department and a fully equipped construction department. Here, we have the ability to develop and manufacture machines in-house.
