Welder / Wrench / Builder with a feel for steel
Are you handy with a welding machine, grinder and wrench? Do you like working on tough machines and do you like variety? Then you fit perfectly at ELM Bouwmachines!
What will you do?
No day is the same. One day you extend a digging arm, the next day you build a complete boom or assemble parts. You work with steel, build, weld, and screw everything needed to deliver our excavators perfectly.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with welding, grinding, and screwing
- You can work independently and think practically
- LTS/MTS or equivalent level through experience
- Down-to-earth mentality and eye for quality

We are a passionate dealer of DEVELON earthmoving machines and proud manufacturer of ETEC Zero Emission excavators. Additionally, we are specialists in custom earthmoving machines. We are housed in an impressive complex of 10,000m2, with over 6000m2 of high-quality workshops. We have our own paint shop with two spacious spray booths, a dedicated engineering department, and a fully equipped construction department. Here we have the ability to develop and manufacture machines in-house.
