IN THE SHORT TERM WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
Facility employee (24-32 HOURS)

What will you do?

  • Ensure a safe working environment for your colleagues.
  • Provide support for minor repairs.
  • Provide support to mechanic colleagues.
  • Inspect, record and maintain tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g. first aid equipment and fire safety).
  • Picking up small technical jobs (both electrical and mechanical).
  • Ensuring a tidy and organised workplace.
  • Maintaining order and tidiness, supporting waste management and logistics.
  • Liaising with the cleaning service.
  • Helping colleagues with facility questions.

What do we expect of you?

  • You have a practical attitude and enjoy tackling things.
  • Experience is a plus but not a requirement - we offer opportunities to learn.
  • You are reliable and have an eye for safety.
  • You work accurately and independently.
  • You have a proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Quickly switch between different tasks and pick up ad hoc jobs.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and willingness to learn.
  • You possess a valid driving licence; minimum B.
  • You have basic knowledge of engineering, but not a must.
