What will you be doing?

As a sales adviser at ELM Bouwmachines B.V., you will be the main point of contact for customers looking for our innovative machinery. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from advising customers on the right machine to delivery and after-sales support. You will ensure that every customer receives the right solution for their specific needs, with customer satisfaction always being the top priority

What do we expect from you?

• You are a born salesperson who knows that ‘no’ is just the start of a good conversation.
• You have a thorough understanding of earth-moving machinery and are able to clearly explain the capabilities, features and accessories to customers.
• With a keen eye for detail, you monitor the progress of every order and ensure efficient communication between the various departments.
• You always keep your sales plan and sales pipeline up to date and discuss them weekly with the CEO.
• Customers don’t like to complain, but if they do, you ensure their problems are resolved professionally, without putting the customer relationship under strain.

Who is ELM Group?

We are a passionate dealer of DEVELON earth-moving machines and proud manufacturer of ETEC Zero Emission excavators. We are also specialists in custom-made earthmoving machines. We are housed in an impressive 10,000m2 complex, with over 6000m2 of high-quality workshops. We house our own paint shop with two spacious spray booths, a dedicated engineering department and a fully equipped construction department. Here, we have the ability to develop and manufacture machines in-house.
