What will you be doing?
- As a Service Planner, you will be the link between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You will:
- Plan and coordinate service and maintenance work
- Be the first point of contact for service questions
- Coordinate work with customers and technicians
- Monitor progress, capacity, and deadlines
- Ensure efficient and customer-focused planning
