What will you do?
At ELM Construction Machinery, no day is the same. As an all-round iron specialist, you work on everything related to excavators and their accessories. One day you extend an excavator arm, the next day you manufacture a completely new excavator arm (boom). Your craftsmanship and years of experience come into their own here. It's difficult to summarize in a few sentences exactly what you will be doing, so why not just come and take a look at our workshops? This way, you get a good idea of your future tasks.
What do you bring?
- Extensive experience in working with steel. You not only lay down high-quality welds, but are also skilled with a lathe or milling machine.
- A completed vocational training or equivalent level obtained through work experience.

Who is ELM Group?
We are a passionate dealer of DEVELON earthmoving machines and proud manufacturer of ETEC Zero Emission excavators. Additionally, we specialize in custom earthmoving machines. We are housed in an impressive complex of 10,000m2, with over 6000m2 of high-quality workshops. We have our own paint shop with two spacious spray booths, a dedicated engineering department, and a fully equipped construction department. Here, we have the opportunity to develop and manufacture machines in-house.
